Well, it seems that you've managed to stumble over Prayers Across Time. So, let's get a few ground rules established!

1. The style of RPing is in THIRD PERSON. Please strictly adhere to this.

2. Character names are not as they are in the English Language dub. Instead of Serena/Bunny, Amy, Raye, Lita, Mina, etc., they are as they are in the Japanese version. (Usagi, Ami, Rei, Makoto, Minako, etc.) For FY, characters, as they are being reborn, players have a choice between retaining their dub names, or thinking up a new name altogether.

3. Please leave sig sizes no larger than 400x150 pixels. Avatar images are to be 100x100.

4. IC does not equal OOC.

5. Bigotry and intolerance of any kind is strongly prohibited, and leads to banning.

6. Godmodding and Metagaming will get you banned.

7. We are not kind to Mary Sues.

8. You are only allowed 4 characters maximum. Any more characters, and you will have to contact the administrator.

9. Usernames are to be the character names of the desired character. Also, they are not to contain numbers, accent symbols or any of that.

10. No, there are no plot pages. You're expected to be able to plot with the players without the use of suck such devices.

11. PLEASE RP WITH YOUR FELLOW PLAYERS. What I mean by this is that, while I understand you're trying to form relationships (mainly romantic) - and I've seen it done before, Please, please, PLEASE RP with new characters. Nothing is more off-putting to new players than people who like to RP in their own designated little cliques.

13. We do allow playbys and face claims, but Sailor senshi, Miko and Seishi are required to be Asian (With the exception of Nakago). Bystanders, however, don't have to be. This is an RP set in Japan, and as a result, it's going to be extremely Asian. We have had a lot of questions regarding why the canons are excluded to being Asian - we not only want to set ourselves apart from the multitude of Sailormoon RPs out there that do not use Asians as canons, but we are also opt to go for accuracy, as this is set in Tokyo.
